This game was quite the hit in the early 2000s. It is an open world game for the Playstation 2 and PC. I use an emulator to play it and upscale the graphics to give it a refreshing look. I decided to play some of it again and see how well it does on the PS2 emulator, I must say it runs pretty much perfectly. And with the upscaling options it looks like a remastered game.

I start off by grinding and making some money, but first we goto the gym.

Working out gives me better stats, one of my favorite part of this game. Maybe we should consider this more of an RPG than a third person shooter. haha

Jacking a car a cop notices me right away and I made a run for it.

I hide in the gym while wanted and them get to finding some things to do.

Working out reminds me of the sims where you can make them work out too. Riding the bike burns fat in the game.

Lifting some dumb bells I gain muscle. Not sure if that makes me punch harder or just look bigger.

We finish off on the treadmill, lol this game is so immersive.

Heading back home the sun is going down and it really looks amazing. I do not think the game looked this good on the PS2 back when I played it almost twenty years ago.

I save the game and then come back outside, its night time and I take a car to go get something to eat.

After a rest it was time to get some food in me. Another stat you need to stay on top of in this game.

Upon filling up my stomach I go wreck havoc on some other gangs. And almost get blown up while trying to get away.

Going for someone else car a motorcycle cop spots me and I have to make a run for it.

After ditching the wanted level I find an ambulance to steal, they are usually locked so finding them out on the streets is best.

I activate the side quests that come with this vehicle and pick up inured people. Maybe they just have pockets full of leaking tomato sauce. I really dont know for sure.

Picking up a bunch of people I drop them back off at the hospital. I do question how accurate this would be, but thats okay its a game and just fun.

Another victim of leaking tomato sauce.

Unfortunately my paramedic mission ended prematurely when one of my pickups got shot by a gang member before they could get into my truck.

Taking a break I park the ambulance in the garage.... haha barely fits with my pickup truck in there.

I goto bed and then start off fresh again the next day. Dropping off some more people at the hospital sometimes they spawn on my roof and jump off to their death..lol

A gang member is not impressed by my life saving skills so he kills me.

Ending this gameplay video I am wasted, such is the life for an unlucky paramedic in San Andreas I guess.
