El cambio siempre está ocurriendo y no nos damos cuenta.
Quizás solo lo notamos cuando se trata de un cambio grande, abrumador, es lo que ocurre cuando decimos "todo cambió de la noche a la mañana". Sin embargo, ya estaba cambiando todo, ahora mismo está cambiando aunque no lo notemos.
Y, más allá de que esto signifique un motivo de angustia o incertidumbre, creo que nos permite valorar mucho más lo que tenemos y somos el día de hoy.
Y también nos ayuda con las situaciones difíciles, todo es pasajero 🌙

Change is always happening and we do not realize it.
Maybe we only notice it when it is a big, overwhelming change, it is what happens when we say “everything changed overnight”. However, everything was already changing, it is changing right now even if we don't notice it.
And, beyond the fact that this means a reason for anguish or uncertainty, I believe that it allows us to value much more what we have and what we are today.
And it also helps us with difficult situations, everything is temporary 🌙.
