I planned this day since last week, Bruno needed a bath and haircut urgently, however, they cancelled my appointment twice because the Groomer had medical rest. We had to wait until today, we had the appointment for 3:00 p.m. but we left a few minutes earlier to be on time, because Bruno takes all the time he needs to sniff and meet the neighbor dogs.
Bruno was happily walking in a different park than the one he frequents until he realized that we were going to the grooming salon 🙈 there he was clinging with his paws to the sidewalk and did not want to enter the premises, even with all the love in the world, so we had to carry him and take him up to the grooming salon. Upstairs he was agitated and trembling but I talked to him calmly and he calmed down, the truth is that although I wanted to, I could not take pictures of this moment because Bruno gets on me very nervous and does not allow me to do anything, I can barely fill out the consent form and the indications of bathing and grooming. Within minutes my beloved doggy calmed down and the vet came for him so it was my turn to say goodbye.
I was a little stressed to realize that they had a full schedule and that there were dogs waiting to be seen, so I figured it would take longer than usual, which is more than an hour and a half, which is how long it usually takes. So I left the groomer's with the intention of running a couple of errands in the area (getting vaccinated and looking for some pills) but my plan totally failed, I couldn't accomplish everything I had planned.
You know what I ended up doing? I ended up having a cappuccino and sharing a delicious cake with my parents while waiting for Bruno to be ready. Doesn't sound like a bad plan... right? 😄
As soon as I saw on the clock that the hour and a half was up I went to the hairdresser to get him, although I already knew I would have to wait a bit longer and so it was. I took the opportunity to read my book and I also took some pictures of Bruno. When he realized I was there he started to stare at me and wagged his tail, but he is a very judicious dog, he knew I wasn't ready yet so he waited patiently.
The truth is that I brought them a dirty and furry puppy, because Bruno is very careless and steps on everything in the street and sticks everywhere, and they gave me a Prince Charming who smells like vanilla and is soft and white as cotton. I take advantage of him when he is this beautiful and I take lots of pictures of him, just look at this beautiful doggy:
And that's how our afternoon ended. If you are wondering, Bruno was very tired after that walk, bath and haircut, so he went to sleep and asks not to be bothered anymore today 🙈😄

Planifiqué este día desde la semana pasada, Bruno necesitaba un baño y corte de pelo urgentemente, sin embargo, me cancelaron la cita en dos ocasiones porque la Groomer tenía reposo médico. Tocó esperar hasta el día de hoy, teníamos la cita para las 3:00 p.m pero salimos unos minutos antes para llegar a tiempo, pues Bruno se toma todo el tiempo que necesita para oler y conocer a los perros vecinos.
Bruno estaba feliz de paseo en un parque distinto al que frecuenta hasta que se dio cuenta que íbamos a la peluquería 🙈 allí se quedó bien agarrado con sus paticas a la acera y no quería entrar al local, ni con todo el cariño del mundo así que tocó cargarlo y subirlo a la peluquería. Arriba estaba agitado y temblando pero yo le hablé con calma y se tranquilizó, la verdad es que aunque quise, no pude sacar fotos de este momento porque Bruno se pone sobre mí muy nervioso y no me permite hacer nada, apenas puedo llenar la planilla de consentimiento y las indicaciones de baño y peluquería. A los minutos mi adorado perrito se tranquilizó y la veterinaria vino por él así que me tocó despedirme.
Me estresó un poco darme cuenta de que tenían la agenda full y que habían perros esperando a que los atendieran, así que supuse que nos tardaríamos más de lo usual, es decir, más de una hora y media que es lo que suele tardar. Entonces salí de la peluquería canina con la intención de hacer un par de diligencias en la zona (vacunarme y buscar unas pastillas) pero mi plan falló totalmente, no pude llevar a cabo todo lo que tenía planeado.
¿Saben que hice? Terminé tomándome un capuccino y compartiendo una deliciosa torta con mis padres mientras esperaba que Bruno estuviese listo. No suena a un mal plan... ¿cierto? 😄
A penas vi en el reloj que se cumplió la hora y media fui a la peluquería a buscarlo, aunque yo ya sabía que tendría que esperar un poco más y así fue. Aproveché de adelantar la lectura de mi libro y también le saqué unas foticos a Bruno. Cuando se dio cuenta que estaba ahí empezó a verme fijamente y movía su colita, pero él es un perro muy juicioso, él sabía todavía no estaba listo así que esperó pacientemente.
La verdad es que yo les llevé un perrito sucito y peludo, porque el bruno es muy descuidado y pisa de todo en la calle y se pega de todo lado, y ellos me entregaron un príncipe azul que huele a vainilla y está suavecito y blanco como un algodón. Yo lo aprovecho cuando está así de bonito y le tomo muchas fotos, no más miren esta belleza de perrito:
Y así terminó nuestra tarde. Si se lo preguntan, Bruno quedó muy cansado después de ese paseo, baño y corte de cabello, así que se fue a dormir y pide que por el día de hoy ya no lo molesten más 🙈😄
