De vuelta a clases, con todo lo que eso implica 📚📖
El tiempo en la universidad se pasa muy rápido, y este período en particular sé que será corto, así que quiero aprovecharlo al máximo. Eso implica, leer hasta el material complementario! jeje 😅Y los temas de esta semana son muy interesantes, especialmente esta lectura, sobre la Relación Terapeuta Paciente en la TCC, las expectativas, los ideales, y la realidad.
Continúo formándome día a día, no solo a nivel teórico y técnico sino también como persona. Me quedo hoy con lo que aprendí en una de mis lecturas obligatorias: actitud perfectible, la capacidad de mantenerse en constante aprendizaje y crecimiento.

Time in college goes by very fast, and this particular term I know it will be short, so I want to make the most of it. That implies, reading even the supplementary material! hehe 😅And this week's topics are very interesting, especially this reading, on the Therapist Patient Relationship in CBT, expectations, ideals, and reality.
I continue to form myself day by day, not only on a theoretical and technical level but also as a person. I keep today with what I learned in one of my required readings: perfectible attitude, the ability to keep learning and growing.
