Hello, drink lovers on Hive. Talking about tropical drinks, it must be very refreshing. During summer, or on days with weather like in my current area. I feel like I want to drink tropical juice every time because of the heat of the day.
Tropical juice whose ingredients are easy to get. That's what I'm going to share with you right now. Derived from pineapple and carrots ingredients.
Pineapples and carrots are easy to get in my area. Pineapple is a refreshing fruit that is cheap compared to other fruits like apples and oranges. That's why this pineapple juice mixed with carrots is my favorite. I don't think pineapple and carrots will drain my wallet.
In some of my family's gardens, I can also easily get pineapples. At another time I plan to plant the pineapple in my own garden. Hope it will be realized.
1.half a pineapple
2.2-3 carrots
3.(optional) 1/4 cup of sugar

I have to be honest with you guys. Cleaning pineapples is the most draining thing and also makes the kitchen messy. That's why most people choose to use canned pineapple. But, canned pineapple is unhealthy.
Fresh, unpeeled pineapple is best. Even though to get that extra freshness, we also have extra work.

First, peel the pineapple first. Here I have cut the pineapple in half. That makes it easier for me to peel the pineapple. Be sure to use a super sharp knife to make this job easier.

Second, remove the pineapple eyes. Do you know about pineapple eyes? Here we named the hard spots on the pineapple pineapple eyes.
To be able to get rid of pineapple eyes, slice the surface of the pineapple that has pineapple eyes. I sliced the pineapple diagonally.

For ingredients, you can also add oranges and apples. They match well with each other. Unfortunately, apples and oranges are expensive in my area. So, the thing that makes the most sense to me right now is to just use a mixture of carrots and pineapple.
