I recorded a conversation I had with myself before bed. Many times your real thoughts get lost when you sleep. I wanted to remember what I said.
This is a technique I use a lot to see honestly how I am feeling.
Watching it back was powerful for me.
I decided to share parts of this video in case it would help someone learn how to get to know themselves better.
I am 'smoking' my nighttime CBD dosage in this video. It helps with my chronic pain and sleep.
This video was made for me. When I am feeling frustrated with life it helps to talk things out. The problem arises when you don't know what is bothering you or it is too private of a matter to trust with anyone.
There is also the case of you finding yourself upset while not knowing why. If you turn on a camera and talk to yourself out loud you are still keeping your true thoughts to yourself but letting them free from your brain.
Negative breeds negativity. Looking at yourself takes time. Seeing your thoughts put into words brings life to those words. Watching yourself back, twelve hours later, helps bring your problems into focus.
Watching your video back, hours removed from making it, bring a fresh mindset. Were you being overly worried about something? In the light of day, can it be fixed by changing a few things? Are you willing to make those changes?
Answer:
I love what I have been doing and will continue it for as long as I can.
This exercise helped bring my truth into clarity.
Help someone smile today. It can not hurt you.
