Hello Alien Art community!
Today I present you a design in which I used different techniques and elements to create it. It is a work that stands out for its main tonalities in blues, greens and reds, complemented by the light that enhances each part. The central idea is to represent a watery cave next to a canal with skulls, a sakura tree and an angel emerging from inside the tree, carrying petals. Now, I will show you the process and share the techniques used.

Hoy les presento un dise帽o en el que plasm茅 diversas t茅cnicas y elementos para conformarlo. Se trata de una obra que se destaca por sus tonalidades principales en azules, verdes y rojos, complementadas por la luz que realza cada parte. La idea central es representar una cueva acu谩tica junto a un canal con calaveras, un 谩rbol de sakura y un 谩ngel que emerge desde el interior del 谩rbol, llevando consigo p茅talos. Ahora, les mostrar茅 el proceso y compartir茅 las t茅cnicas utilizadas.
I started the design from this image, having this background already gave me the image of what I wanted to represent.
Inicie el dise帽o partiendo desde esta imagen, tener este fondo ya me brindo la imagen de lo que quer铆a representar.
For the sakura tree, I first copied a stone that would end up being the main base of the tree and then highlight and add a touch of colour to the scene. I used tone/saturation adjustment layers and curves to enhance the pink colours and create a more vibrant atmosphere. In addition, I applied a blur effect to simulate depth and soften the background.
Para el 谩rbol de sakura, primeramente copi茅 una piedra que terminar铆a de ser la base principal del 谩rbol para luego resaltar y aportar un toque de color a la escena. Utilic茅 capas de ajuste de tono/saturaci贸n y curvas para realzar los colores rosados y crear un ambiente m谩s vibrante. Adem谩s, apliqu茅 un efecto de desenfoque para simular la profundidad y suavizar el fondo.
I continued using exposure layers and creating the lights that would hit the tree from the opening of the cave and pass through the tree. Each part of the tree was a bit laborious because it required some minute details to highlight it, and by adding the pink solid colour layer I highlighted some smoke coming out of the tree, giving it an essence of the tree.

Cada parte del 谩rbol fue un poco laboriosa porque requer铆a de ciertos detalles minuciosos para poder destacarla, y agregando la capa de color s贸lido rosa resalte cierto humo que sal铆a del 谩rbol, otorg谩ndole una esencia
I moved on to working on the skull channel, focusing on highlighting the details and lighting to create an interesting contrast. I adjusted the shadows and highlights using exposure layers and curves to achieve the desired look. I also incorporated small flashes of light to highlight specific areas. I made a skull selection and copied the skull fragment and with layer masking blended them together with the channel seen in the image and the green essence was created. Accompanying the message of corruption within death or life.
Pas茅 a trabajar en el canal con calaveras, enfoc谩ndome en resaltar los detalles y la iluminaci贸n para crear un contraste interesante. Ajust茅 las sombras y luces utilizando capas de exposici贸n y curvas para lograr la apariencia deseada. Adem谩s, incorpor茅 peque帽os destellos de luz para destacar algunas 谩reas espec铆ficas. Realice una selecci贸n de calavera y copie el fragmento del cr谩neo y con m谩scara de capas las mezcle junto al canal que se ve en la imagen y la esencia verde fue creada. Acompa帽ando el mensaje de corrupci贸n dentro de la muerte o la vida.
The angel figure was strategically placed inside the sakura tree. To give it an ethereal touch, I used layers of exposure and glow to highlight the light radiating from the figure. I also adjusted the shadows to integrate it coherently into the environment.
Finally, for the overall lighting and final tones, I worked with global adjustment layers, fine-tuning the levels and curves to achieve a visual balance. I also added some additional details, such as the petals falling from the tree, to give dynamism to the scene. The texture and the play of light and shadow contribute to the cohesion and depth of the composition.
La figura del 谩ngel fue ubicada estrat茅gicamente en el interior del 谩rbol de sakura. Para darle un toque et茅reo, utilic茅 capas de exposici贸n y brillo para resaltar la luz que irradia desde la figura. Tambi茅n ajust茅 las sombras para integrarla de manera coherente en el entorno.
Finalmente, para la iluminaci贸n general y los tonos finales, trabaj茅 con capas de ajuste globales, afinando los niveles y las curvas para lograr un equilibrio visual. Tambi茅n a帽ad铆 algunos detalles adicionales, como los p茅talos que caen del 谩rbol, para darle dinamismo a la escena. La textura y el juego de luces y sombras contribuyen a la cohesi贸n y profundidad de la composici贸n.
For the final one I added the title on the back using blending property between the layers and used my personal logo to apply it on the water and with the same technique used you can get the effect. I hope you liked it, see you in a next design.
Para el final agregue el t铆tulo por detr谩s usando propiedad de fusi贸n entre las capas y use mi logo personal para aplicarlo en el agua y con la misma t茅cnica usada puede dar con el efecto. Espero que te haya gustado, nos veremos un otro dise帽o pr贸ximo.
