This weeks theme for the #steemitsandwichcontest is "No Wheat". I wanted to do a spin on a BLT. In place of lettuce I used avocado as a spread. So now I introduce the BAT bacon, avocado and tomato. Its simple and refreshing.
I ended up cooking a lot of bacon because I kept snaking on it while I was cutting up the tomatoes and avocados.
The sandwich kept rolling over as I was trying to photograph them.
