Today, Daddy took me for a drive and said, "I have a surprise for you."
However, Daddy has generally been pretty good with his surprises so I went along with it before calling the police. I figured that we were just going to go for a coffee somewhere like we do most weekends or, grocery shopping. Grocery shopping sounds boring doesn't it? It isn't, it is awesome.
This time though, we didn't go grocery shopping, nor did we go for a coffee.
I have been here before but I was very young unlike now, where I am at least twice as old as I was then. I have to be honest, I don't really remember being there before so it was a pretty big surprise to be there again. And it was awesome. My favourite thing was the slide that ended into a ball pit and I was able to climb up there all by myself which felt pretty awesome. I must have gone up and down those slides 1000 times.
The weather was nice and sunny today but, it was very, very slippery so this was a pretty perfect way to spend the post-nap afternoon and I think Daddy enjoyed it too as he really likes watching me have fun. There wasn't much he could go on though as there is really only one little section that is for kids of my age which is a bit silly considering, it was 18€ and we were only there for about 2 hours. 18! That is silliness. We won't go there often though, just for special surprise days.
It really was a lot of fun and I didn't want to leave but Daddy said they were closing and we had to go. I started to protest but then remembered..Daddy doesn't play that game. So I tried negotiating and asked for more time on the slide and he said that I could have one more before we left.
"How about many more?"
We settled on three.
