As you know, Daddy likes numbers but unfortunately, he isn't very good with them so, I am learning to help him out so I don't have to worry about him getting scammed in his old age. At some point, I am going to have to take his keys away and not let him post on the blockchain - man, that is going to be a massive argument I am going to win.
On the weekend Daddy and I were a little bored at home without Mummy so decided to play a new game with the wooden blocks. We had just finished building houses with them and were going to put them away when I started pulling out the cards I got and Daddy thought it was a good time to start my career as a future crypto counter.
I have been able to read numbers and letters for quite some time now already so that part isn't so hard but, this is the first time I have tried adding numbers together and thought that it is worth a Steem diary moment. Oh excuse the owl pyjamas, I spent the entire morning in them before we went outside - It was awesome.
That last one was a hard one.
The video was actually a lot longer but who really wants 12 minutes of that? I mean, who wants to listen to Daddy's voice for 12 minutes??
Daddy and I do a lot of fun things like this and there are plenty of high fives and jumping around ( I have another video of that though for later) the house. Some people seem to think that it isn't good to teach kids stuff and kids should instead be sitting in front of a screen silently but, I am pretty glad that we get to play as much as we do and, talk as much as we do. Mummy and Daddy talk a lot - almost as much as me.
I wonder what it was like back in the old days when Daddy was a kid? Did people play these kinds of games or was it up at 5 in the morning to milk the cows, thatch the roof and make horse shoes for the draft horses? No, Daddy is not that old, nor is he a hipster. He is more 'reverse hipster' meaning, very uncool.
I wonder what other things I can learn before I am potty trained... ?
