Confessions of a Bored Geek

So what to write today? I started doing a restaurant review last evening but on Hive there’s no @tasteem anymore.

The review will arrive on HIVE, just not today. It doesn't feel like that kind of day.

I liked @tasteem, won a lot of their contest probably because of my stake size and not because of my writing style, but I can persuade myself that I can write and maybe I won them for that reason.

Those contests are still going and barely anyone enters them as the @misterdelegation pulled their delegation. They still take a 9% of author rewards and dish out 50% votes now.

It’s still worth it for the smaller stakeholders. They can win all the contests now, as I don’t do STEEM.

…’I don’t do STEEM. I said my goodbyes and yet I keep looking on there and seeing all the looting going on’…

Should I rescind my proclamation and resume duel posting? It is tempting but I can’t go back on my word as that would be sacrilegious.

I have been out of work since Christmas Eve 2019. It's getting boring, every day is the same, get up, eat, mess around on STEEM/HIVE, write something, post it, switch on the PS4, do a little gaming, eat, crash, rinse and repeat.

What day is it today, Monday or Friday? They are all the same to me.

We can’t even go out anymore unless walking the dog constitutes that. Talk about a boring life.

I have been offered a contract, that’s if they don’t pull it at the last minute. I’m awaiting a DBS check (criminal check), which will show nothing as I haven’t been in trouble with the law since I stole a large bar of chocolate when I was 17.

I quite liked that series, I wrote it a long time ago on the STEEM blockchain. Does anyone remember STEEM? Oh yeah, that's the place for looters. I better move on.

Maybe I will post it all again on Hive with some tweaks and extra content. Other artists produce special editions so why shouldn’t we?

@bingbabe has managed to get a job so she’s keeping me in food and beer for the moment. Someone has got to do the work while I lounge about all day.

This is not my typical post. It doesn’t educate, teach or even make you laugh. I could say it’s a shit-post really, which means it should be targeted on to STEEM and not HIVE.
