Here is a messy experiment with alcohol markers, wax pencils, acrylic markers and even some water based markers for this #trippythursday
A hiker has been lost in the desert for days. His only way to survive is to eat lizards and he gets water from cactus juice.
As it turns out one cacti was a bit infected with all sorts of psychedelic chemical compounds.
Now one eye of the hiker sees day and the other night and the heat has baked delirium into his brain.
He imagines a tiny grasshopper flying by is a giant golden eagle while heatwaves of all sorts of infrared spectrums are now visible.
The cacti are now glowing in the darkness of his right eye. The stars in slow motion streak across the sky.
The sun and the moon have merged and the poor hiker can see the energy boiling off the heavenly body.
Now he is wondering when this trip will ever end and stumbles around looking for some actual water instead of this trippy cactus fluid.
Eventually he collapsed into the dust staring up at the sky.
Thankfully it was time for a monsoon and soon his dried up open mouth was filled with water. A flash flood carried him away to the nearest town where he woke up. Now he has amnesia and works the nightshift at a gas station. Moral of the story don't forget your sat phone in the desert and bring lots of water.
