Time for a commute in the new town for this #wednesdaywalk by tattoodjay@tattoodjay

I recently moved a town over and now have a new mile long commute to the train station.

Here I pass by many different churches along the way.

All of them have one quirk or another that differentiates them.

1000007125.jpg
Near the train station these 60s era condos are one of the largest buildings. I suspect they have coin laundries in the basement that everyone has to go down into.

1000007122.jpg
Most of the town is 1900s to 80s era houses. Only a few white elephants are built closer to downtown during the ninja loan run up to 2008.

Here is one of them lol. Big white elephant with taxes probably costing around 20k per year.

1000007105.jpg
We moved out into the more rural edge of town where its nice and quiet with lots of nature around.

1000007102.jpg
The fog makes things quite eerie but nice mystical too.

I think I'll be taking a picture of this river everyday and do a timelapse video throughout the seasons.

1000007127.jpg
This morning there was a heron in the tree reflection way off in the distance. That heron and some kingfishers are usually around every morning. Maybe one of these times I'll lug my zoom lens along.

Now in my old town a few miles down the road I'll miss the downtown a bit and the strange cars rich guys show off but I think I prefer the quieter living in the new home.

That's all for now, thanks for looking :-)
