Here's your standard twirrly gig. Get to close and it will murtalize and spaghettify you. Then your particles will enter an alternate reality where they will be rematerialized into a new life form.
A meteorite has fallen to earth and the heat from entry into our atmosphere has seared a perfectly symmetrical pattern into the iron its made out of. It just so happens that the meteor then hit a hub cap from the 1950s forming it into a strange looking dome shape. The history channel assures us its aliens that caused this.
Scientists have finally isolated dark matter in a special slinky cage with perfectly aligned magnetism. The average person on the ground is wondering why this is an accomplishment because dark matter is everywhere. The scientists assure us they need millions more in grant money to find a use for the dark matter they have isolated.
This wormhole leads from one end of the universe to the other. Unfortunately on the other side of the wormhole is a completely solid piece of carbon. Anyone trying to discover the other side of the universe ends up crashing into the carbon sphere getting assimilated in the process. Looks like space explorers will have to do it the old fashioned way, combustible fuel in a spacecraft.
In the future djs spin elaborate patterned vinyl records that output sound in 8.1 audio. You have to be very dexterous to spin it correctly and produce a good sound. Spin it wrong and the sound frequencies cause glass and eardrums to break within a 10 foot radius.
Speaking of speakers, this one has Dolby 100.1 audio. What you can do with 100.1 sources of spatial audio no one knows but the higher the number the better it sounds right? Unfortunately each of these speakers costs 1k and you need 100.1 of them to mix audio correctly. This rig will cost a fortune and the mixing software doesn't even have the right drivers to mix in 100.1 audio anyway. The speaker industry got ahead of itself again.
