Trippy Thursday - Finally Finished with the Experiment

Finally finished my mixed media experiment for this #trippythursday

This is the final result of a mix of microns, alcohol markers, graphite and pastel pencils.

Towards the end I was mostly focusing on the highlights with soft white pencils.

I had to spray a few layers of curative spray to be able to layer the pastels. Without this the colors will just blend too much into themselves.

Earlier on I just used a bit of graphite to add a bit of shade over the alcohol marker areas. The alcohol portion helped underpaint things faster than shading it in slowly over time.

Throughout the process I scanned about 160 times and I'll eventually compose it intoba music video.

That's all for now, now I have to do a real illustration now that I learned this combo of mediums.
