The eyeborg sees all and reports everything it sees to its government overlords.
Lots of technological development went into the eyeborg. It is a blend of both organic and mechanical systems.
The prototype of the eyborg was intended to be a home security system on an encrypted blockchain for end users to be able to keep an eye on their treasure chests full of crypto key fobs. Sadly the NSA stole the technology and corrupted it for "national security".
First they blended it with some spidergoat dna to make its vision extra powerful. This also adds a thick layer of armor onto the critical technology.
Next they added some radioactive elements. Now it can just blast an area with nuclear particles to be able to see through walls and any other material. No worries the FDA assures us that these particles are "safe and effective". For some reason everyone is developing tumors, what a strange coincidence...
For good measure some sword drone blades were put on the edges just in case the eyeborg sees a political dissident. It can just launch a few swords in their direction and cut through bureaucratic red tape.
Now that all the eyborgs are in place people are required to login to their mandatory apps to answer questions about their dear leader's latest speech. If too many questions are answered wrong an eyeborg sword might get launched in your general direction.
