Here's a nice sunset I captured with a few panorama stitches for the #lovetheclouds contest by 
It was a spectacular sunset at the local arboretum.
The lake was nice and calm reflecting the sky like a mirror.
The sky was nice and humid creating alot of depth for the sunrays to catch the edges of the clouds and cast shadows on clouds in the foreground. The treeline appears nice and bold against the warm and cool colors of the sunset.
Looking away from the sun the clouds in the background were picking up bright oranges. The low lying clouds didn't manage to catch any color at all and are white against the bright orange clouds that are higher up.
Looking up against the trees the wispy orange clouds are catching the shadow of lower lying clouds near the horizon.
At this angle the trees cut a nice silhouette against the many colors of the sky. These types of sunsets are pretty rare out here in Illinois, thankfully I was out and about and got lucky catching this one.
