I'm so busy that I have to keep notes of what I'm doing at the moment. Today I have about 20 calls in my history, and it turned out that by the end of the year I will have to make an additional 3000. Every now and then a new topic pulls me out of the moment when I managed to do something productive, for which I am paid for.
