My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2023

Udało mi się dzisiaj wskoczyć na rower. Brakowało mi tego. Ale to muszę 'po lekku' brać, więc jutro rower znowu będzie czekał w stajni. Nogi wytrzymały, ale nie czułem w nich mocy. Czas nie był za to taki zły.

I got on the bike today. I missed this. But I have to take it lightly, so tomorrow the bike will be waiting in the stable again. My legs held firm, but I felt no power in them. The timing wasn't too bad. Let me not write much, because the phone falls out of my hands
