Mimo takiej pogody, 'grŏm w zielone', specjalnie wracam dłuższą trasą, żeby tylko móc jechać przez zielone. A przecież to serce przemysłowe kraju...ale też najbardziej zielony region.
ENG it wasn't supposed to be raining, at least till 10 am and I did trust the forecasts. The very moment (7:20 am) I was leaving home it started. Unfortunately I had an appointment with client and had to proceed. It was cold and unpleasant.
Despite the weather, I 'play the green' (a reference to the post title and contest I try to take a part in) and take a longer route back home on purpose, just to enjoy riding the green lands. Some may think it's hard as I'm writing from the industrial core of Poland, but it's also the most green with the most forests.
I had some leftover sweet potato puree (batatas) and put it into pizza dough. It gave the dough a different colour.
