At least for me. Don't take me wrong, Steemit is amazing. But I want to spend time on my posts so it's nice and valuable. And within that time, shit could've already passed.
I registered on Twitter in 2009. That is fucking long ago if may say so myself. Back then, I used Twitter every day, a lot of many times a day, and resulted me in having over 30k tweets. I tweeted bullshit. Dutch bullshit about how my day was. And I would send out ambiguous messages to my followers.
Recently, I rediscovered Twitter again. Not to send out useless updates about myself, but to follow the most recent updates on crypto. As we all know, it can just take 20 minutes for a coin to blast to the moon.
Personally, I think Twitter is one of the social media where you can get to some (worldwide) news the fastest way, and no the subject of crypto, this is no exception. So if you're looking for the most recent updates about your favorite coin, or want to be up to be notified when a new hardfork or other cool announcement is announced? My answer is Twitter.
