I got a freeze dryer soup a few months ago and have been having a great time using it! I am going to start a Freeze Dryer Series. My first one is freeze dried soup.

I have been making these soups for awhile and freezing them in the Mason jars. While it is great to have them on hand they do take up a lot of space. With the freeze dryer I can keep them in a smaller space with no electricity for up to 25 years! So cool.
With the water all out they are like nutritious Styrofoam.
