MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF TEAM AUSTRALIA
HELD: NEAR BENDIGO TOWN HALL, ON 24 SEPTEMBER 2017, AT 17:30
PRESENT: 
PROXIES: Proxies were read and accepted as per AGM notice replies (see link)
QUORUM: The Chair declared a quorum to be present (via proxy nomination) and the meeting to have been duly convened.
GENERAL BUSINESS:
The Chair discussed the TEAM AUSTRALIA highlights of 2017, including:
- The call-up and formation of TEAM AUSTRALIA.
- The Declaration of War upon the World, subsequent STEEM WARS, the TEAM USA counter-offensive and TEAM AUSTRALIA'S subsequent strategic withdrawal.
- Lord of the Steem.
- Various Team Building initiatives undertaken by Members.
- General high quality posting of members.
It was further noted the membership currently stands at 219.
ELECTION OF TEAM AUSTRALIA SECRETARY:
The Chair sought to elect the SECRETARY of TEAM AUSTRALIA in accordance with the team's constitution and Steemit Community Guidelines.

The Chair sought nominations for the role - the following valid nominations were received:
@gohba.handcraftsThe nomination was accepted.
The nomination was validly seconded by numerous members.
The following 'ordinary resolution' was put to the meeting:
"That
@gohba-handcrafts be appointed to the role of TEAM AUSTRALIA SECRETARY and be granted all rights and responsibilities associated with the role."
The Chair excised his vote and all proxies in favour of the resolution - the resolution was carried. It is noted:
