In this suggestion i suggest few changes and adding some functions on Utopian contribution page.
Proposal
- Adding "Show Examples" button on "What is this contribution about?" page.
- Adding Tag advisor on "Tags" part.
- Adding a "similarity rate" panel that compares users current post to the other users oldest posts.

Benefits
Adding show examples button will give a new users idea about how "good content" looks like and users will try to post better quality contributions.
Adding tag advisor on tags part will help user have a idea what they can use in tagging part.User can choose a tag that tag advisor panel shows and have an idea about.
Adding a similarity rate panel will allow user to see if there is any contributions that similliar in the utopian website and if so user will not spend time by doing the same contribution again.
