Borrow a stone sarcophagus from the British Museum, fill it with ashes and used pacemakers.
Above it, suspend a large electro-magnet, switching on/off around 60 bpm.
When the magnet switches on, the pacemakers will fly out of the ash, when it switches off they will fall back into it.
