Employ a team of graffiti artists to paint the whole expanse of a large wall, at least 3m high by 20m long, the wall can be anywhere you like, they can paint whatever they like.
Once they’re around ¾ of the way through the job, employ a contract painting company to start painting over the graffiti.
Don’t stop employing either team, don’t change their instructions.
