Hello hivers, an happy Wednesday to you all!
The hot days here continue to make us feel as the grilled meat, but I think Summer is the perfect season to paint something about the sea and so here I am.
Even if I have to finish some large pieces for my next solo exhibition, I can't stop my hands to paint funny fishes during my pauses from work. I think it's because I'd like to be on the beach, inside cool water of the sea. _
Tis morning I woke up usual like I use to do every day and, after the first cup of coffee of the day I painted a funny red fish.
You can see the final result in the following pics:
As you can see, the subject is one of my usual fishes wit big rounded eyes in my own illustrative style. I also added some little white leaves on the body. _
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A6 size and, like I use to do every time I paint someting new, I took some pics while I was painted this funny fish so you can see the steps of the process too:
Soon I'll add this new artwork to my Artfinder shop (link at the bottom), oping it will find a new home and a new wall to decor!
I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
