Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all!
Yesterday I started a new oil on canvas in a large size, so during the next days I'll show you the work in progress of it. Now I'm in a pause from that artwork and thanks the good weather of today I can enjoy a little time in my backyard.
As you can see in the following pic, I'm not alone there, because my furry friend Nanny is sleeping on a blancket inside the "cat house" I built for my furry friends years ago. Sure, that is just one of the many places where my cats use to sleep outside and inside. 馃榿
Under the branches of my plum tree there is a wonderful carpet thanks the leaves fallen down. I love the shades of the plum leaves during this time of the year, it makes me think about good, cozy things like hot chocolate, boiled chestnuts (here we call them "ballotti"), porcini mushrooms and the smell of the first lit fireplaces in the villages close to my city.
A couple of days ago one of our friends gave us some lotus fruits and waiting the time they will be ready to eat, I love to watch them like a sort of seasonal decor and something nice to take a pic. 馃榿
Well, now I have to come back to my brushes and colors, I wish you a nice day. 鉂わ笍
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
