I finally got my new wet saw, and I am so happy! This saw was better than I expected, it is a direct drive induction motor and runs so quiet...... well I haven't put any tile through it yet so that's when the noise will start...
So this saw is a 7 inch wet bath saw, what I mean is it doesn't have a pump it just has a reservoir of water so the tile debris doesn't clog anything up. They tell me that the induction motor ( no brushes ) will have more power, 
So here are the specs of the saw.
It also tilts to a 45 degree to bevel tile edges.......so nice!
I just got a chuckle out of this! I need to make sure the extension core is properly wired........I need to go back to the store and ask a sales clerk ...... Excuse me sir, but I need to make sure that this extension cord is properly wired LOL!!
So I have not received any word about our tile yet; still on order.
So hopefully the tile will come in soon, and in the meantime I have received my high relief 4x4 hand painted Mexican tiles that I plan to disperse throughout the Saltillo type tiles on the entry floor.
I will post pictures of the 4x4 tiles in my next update.... and I'll find something to cut!
