We have a part of the yard where there was practically nothing. Between the woodshed and the greenhouse. In this part of the yard there was only a part with sand for our boy. And we have a part of an old unsightly wall that we wanted to hide. Because a new wall is not in the plans, at least not soon.
The wife wanted something for flowers so she added old tires, buckets and we twisted the reinforcement, so that later creepers or meter-long green beans could grow.
But that wasn't enough. Then I had an idea and I made myself something :)
We had old pepper tiles and gravel and the idea was to use half the tiles to fence off the yard, to which we would later add larger gravel.In order not to cut the tile with a grinder and create a lot of dust, we decided to break it in half with a hammer, since it is long and there is no need to bury the entire tile.
We sifted the gravel to get larger and larger stones.
We imagined the entrance to the trail through an arch and for the trail to wrap around into a circle next to the tire.
As the work progressed, our little helper got tired and dozed off on the gravel path.
During the work, we realized that we had space and that it would be good to add another leg of the path.It was not a problem to break the tile, because it is already old, but we worked hard for the gravel, we sifted about 2 cubic meters.
We also left some small gravel next to the path to the woodshed, a place where our son will play.
