Free Range Dairy!😊
Yesterday I had two good friends ask about the dairy’s in the Pacific Northwest!😊
“Von-Fran holsteins” has “Happy Cows”!☺️
The second photo is a small section of his herd!
Not a day goes by, anytime of year, when you can’t drive by his dairy and see his holsteins out in the field!😇
In the fifth photo, you can see dozens of “houses” for the calf’s at another dairy.
I’m sure this is necessary………
Liz doesn’t like these “houses”……..
She told Silvertop………….
“I want to put the farmers in these houses Silvertop!”🤔😳
Today we headed to the Lynden City Park.
It has miles of paved walking trails.
Not exactly Silvertop’s type of hiking, this is what they do down in the flatlands!😇
One reason for today’s “hike” was to snap a few good photos of a major milk production company down in the city of Lynden Wa. Just across the street from the park!
This is DairyGold!😊
They produce everything from milk and cheese, to butter, and even eggnog seasonally!😇
They are a large employer in town!
As Silvertop stopped across the street to snap a few photos, cars started to stop!😲
First one car, than several more!😳
You see in Washington it’s a strongly enforced law that all vehicle traffic MUST stop for pedestrians to cross the street!
These Lynden city “folk” haven’t seen anything like Silvertop snapping photos!
They we’re all trying to help Silvertop cross the street Lol!🤣
Be safe out there my friend, look both ways before crossing the street!
Or just do what Silvertop does, and snap a few photos of all the cars backed up on the street Lol!😇
