SNOW.....I DON'T SEE ANY SNOW!😀......... Actifit Report Card: December 23 2022
Snow, what Snow!😊
“Can you see anything honey?”😳
Liz was checking the live security video cameras at her work……
The windows were iced up!😲
“Silvertop you come out to my car, and tell me if I am overreacting about being hesitant to drive to work today!”😬
I spent thirty minutes trying to scrape the thick layer of ice off Liz’s car windows……
I was giving her that “ This isn’t wise” look!🤔
The Mrs was talking to her boss on her cell phone, and they both decided to cancel opening the Optical clinic today……..
Mrs Clause, AKA Liz, had Christmas presents for several of our neighbors.
The two of us trudged out into the crunchy ice.
“Honey I see someone is stuck at the bottom of our road!”😮
Liz headed to our friend Jan’s house with Christmas goodie’s, and Silvertop hiked down the road to see if he could help get this car unstuck.
As I got closer, I realized it was Dan our neighbor from up the road, and also our resident Police Officer.
“How can I help Dan?”
His Patrol car was close to the edge of the road, he had only two feet till the road dropped off into a creek!😲
That’s where his Patrol car was sliding towards…………..
He was chaining up, it was difficult work in the deep Iced covered snow.
He tried to drive forward……..Silvertop was pushing……….
The right rear tire chain spun, came off the tire, and shot out behind the cruiser towards Silvertop!😳
Dan called on his radio for a snowplow for our road………
“Officers Patrol car is stuck in the snow!”🤔
He was going to wait for a tow, or a snowplow……….
Dans family had come down the hill to help, there was nothing more Silvertop could do at this point……….
I wished everyone a Merry Christmas, and reluctantly hiked back uphill to catch up with Liz dropping off presents at another neighbor.
I hiked a bit further uphill, that’s when the freezing rain started coming down heavier!
Silvertop turned around, soaking wet and headed home……😅
That’s when i passed Dans Wife and kids hiking uphill going home.
“Dan was able to get his cruiser unstuck and he is driving back to town!”🤗
Very Nice!!!😊
I continued home………
The “Baby Mountain Lion was stretched out in front of a glowing wood stove….😻
“You definitely have the right idea Cot!”
Silvertop and Liz will stay home for Christmas, this storm will pass, then we will celebrate Christmas with our family!🥰
