Taking shelter from..........
Today I really wanted to get in my hike, but the skies were getting darker! 😬
I was going, yes I was hiking...... and then the skies opened up, you know that cold rain
So I had to take temporary shelter on the front porch of my neighbors off-grid cabin, the cabin that had the Cougar under the front porch less than one month ago! 😻
So this hike is about being prepared, and taking shelter.
I always carry rain gear, and flash lights and just in case I also always carry Bear Attack Deterrent.
This one hand operated canister will spray 35 feet! In my opinion this is still way to close for me!!!
You can’t even talk loud to a bear, you just back up slowly and......keep your bear spray near!!!! 🙄
The photo's were from today except for the outside of the cabin.........that was last month LOL!!! :)
