So... let us cook

SIMPLE & EASY FRITTATA

I have zucchinis and I have given most of them to my neighbors. I left some for myself, and I am going to show you one dish that I love to cook!

You will need the ingredients below:

1 medium-sized zucchini 4 eggs 2 cloves garlic 1 small onion salt and pepper crushed pepper (optional)

Prepare the ingredients by:

mincing the garlic chopping the onion "coining" the zucchini beating the eggs heating oil in the pan.

Now we are ready to cook!

First, sauté the garlic and onions until transparent.

Then add the zucchinis. Add salt and pepper

Cook and stir for a few minutes, or until zucchini is slightly done.

Then add the eggs.

Make sure the eggs are distributed evenly. Lower the heat, as eggs cook better in slow heat.

When you see that the egg is cooked on the other side, it is time to flip the Frittata.

I do it easily by covering the pan with a plate. Then I flip it and simply (and slowly) slide the Frittata back into the pan.

Cook the other side of the Frittata for a few minutes.

Then it is done!!!

Put it in a serving platter..
