I purchased some Japanese Cakes as gifts around Thanksgiving. On my way out, I saw a this fishbowl with business cards, and I said "What the heck, might as well."
So I hurriedly scribble my cellphone number and I dropped my business card into the fishbowl, and forgot all about it!
Sugar Bee Bliss called last Friday. I had won the drawing!
This is it!
So last Saturday, I went by the bakery to pick up my prize!
What a pleasant surprise!
Let us open it!

An assortment of Japanese Cupcakes!
They look so good!
Japanese Cheesecakes are fluffy, airy, light, soft and moist!
Its texture resembles a souffle cake!
Left to right, top to bottom:
Matcha with cream & blueberries,Tres Leches, Matcha with cream & blueberries, Original with cream and strawberry, Pandan with cream & blueberres, Pandan with cream and strawberry.
Delicious!
I ate this one. It was a Pandan Japanese Cheesecake with Cream and Blueberries.
And it was heavenly!

I immediately thought of the wonderful ladies and gentlemen of the home nearby. There were six of them, and they surely will enjoy this!
So I brought all eight of it with me on Sunday to a home of the elderly.
The residents were happy to receive them, and were unusually grateful.
They enjoyed it with their favorite drink!
