Here is a dish to make when you are craving for comfort!
You will need to brown about 1&1/2 pounds of chicken in oil and 1/2 onions. Then season it with teaspoon each salt and pepper. You will need 1 can tomato sauce, 2 potatoes, 1 carrots, 1/2 cup green peas, and bunch parsley.
Add tomato sauce, and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Then add to potataoe and carrots, and cook for another 20 minutes or until the pototes are cooked.
Finally, add the green peas and chopped parsley, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Done!
This is comfort food for me! YUMMY!
