I hope everyone had a safe and happy Easter. It was a gorgeous day here in the northeast for it.
For some reason Monday’s have not been a good day for the precious metals market in quite some time.
I remember the days where you would make sure you got your metal orders placed before the market opened on Sunday evening. Yes, the Asian market opens at 6:00pm EST on Sunday, which is Monday for them.
I know it’s still early in the trading day. But the market has not been kind so far.
Gold is down an even $4, so far after having two nice days to get back what it lost the first two last week. Gold is currently trading at $1726.30 per ounce.
Silver is down even more percentage wise. It’s down $.19 already for the day. Silver also had a rally on Thursday and Friday but still fell well short of breaking even. Silver is currently trading at $24.73.
Are we in for another bloody week? Who knows I guess we will find out shortly.
