I’ve been a serious stacker in my own quiet way for a while now. Ever since I first got introduced to stacking, it became a steady habit for me. Month after month, without fail, I’d take a portion of my fiat and turn it into gold or silver. It felt good knowing I was building something slowly, something real.
Last year, 2025, my go‑to size was the 1/4 ounce gold coin. That was the sweet spot for me. But with the price of gold climbing the way it has this year, I had to adjust. So for 2026, I’ve been picking up smaller pieces each month — sometimes a gram, sometimes a 1/10 ounce. It’s still gold, still part of the plan, just sized to fit the times.
Now that we’re deep into 2026, I can look back and see the little trail of gold I’ve collected so far. Each piece marks a month, a moment, a decision to keep going. I already placed my order for August, so that leaves just three more months until the end of the year. It’s strange how fast it goes when you measure time in coins instead of calendars.
These are the gold pieces I’ve added to my stack this year. One of them is the 1/10 gold Lunar Horse, which I can’t get to right this minute, but it’s part of the lineup. As you can see I have a mix — a different reason for choosing each one. It makes the stack feel personal.
I’m not trying to impress anyone with quantity or size. Heck, there are many, many stackers who have accumulated so much! I just enjoy the steady rhythm of stacking, even in small amounts. It’s my way of staying grounded, staying disciplined, and building something that feels meaningful to me.
