Afternoon everyone….
Today here in the United States it’s Father’s Day. While technically both Mother’s Day and Father’s Day are similar holidays. They are celebrated completely different.
Mother’s Day is flowers and going out to eat. Brunch is a popular thing for Mother’s Day. Father’s Day is typically a day that dad is on the barbecue grilling his and everyone else’s food. Go figure…..
A bunch of my friends use it as a day to go play a round of golf without the wife complaining. I haven’t had time to play in several years now.
My daughter is working all day, so I won’t be seeing her. Instead I’ll be doing chores around the house, that need to get done. Mowing and trimming the grass.
But I think I’m going to grab a steak later for the grill…..
Even if you don’t have a Father’s Day where you live. Happy Father’s Day anyway….
