Fantomah is basically a guardian spirit of Africa. She probably doesn't have a lot of experience with being a woman or even a human being at all. Of course she probably needs some relationship advice.
Of course, her boyfriend is The Spectre, the spirit of God's vengeance, so... what's the problem? We'll find out.
