Dazzler is a mutant from the Marvel Universe. Rather than fighting for mutant rights or joining Magneto's bortherhood, she just wanted to be a singer. And based on her costume, a disco singer. Yes, those are roller skates. Her mutant power is to absorb sound and convert it to light.
