Hola mi querida comunidad de @Hivefood, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una cena familiar que tuvimos la noche de hoy en uno de los lugares más frecuentados de nuestra pequeña comunidad, la popular Gloria.
Parece mentira, pero a veces nos dejamos envolver de la rutina y las ocupaciones y dejamos de lado nuestros tiempo de compartir espacios de calidad en familia, los cuales son tan importante y necesarios para crecer de una manera sana y mantener la armonía en casa. En el momento que estábamos allí recordamos que teníamos ya algunos meses que no salíamos a compartir fuera de casa, para ser más precisos desde el día de la familia (15 de mayo) que nos reunimos junto a mis padres, hermana y sobrinos en ese mismo lugar para degustar un súper patacón zuliano.
Hoy aunque no celebrábamos nada en particular, mi esposo y yo tomamos la iniciativa de salir a comer en un espacio diferente a nuestra casa y donde el ambiente fuera agradable y ya mi hija se ha vuelto fanática de este lugar, ya que en un principio yo solo quería comer en una parte diferente y probar otras delicias de alimentos, pero ella se concentró en su patacón, de hecho allí el menú puede variar venden desde hamburguesas, perros calientes, submarinos, arepas y patacón de diversos tamaños.
Nosotros como buenos comensales nos inclinamos por comer un rico patacón de tamaño familiar, dividido en 12 porciones, para ser distribuido entre 5 personas, mi esposo, mis dos niños, mi princesa y mi persona y esto fue acompañado de una Pepsi bien fría.
El súper patacón estaban rellenos de carne mechada, carne asada, chorizo ahumado, queso, huevo cocido, repollo, mayonesa, salsa de tomate y no puede faltar el plátano verde que es la base central de este exquisito alimento.
Lo que a mi particularmente me gusta de comer aquí es que el lugar se encuentra en un espacio totalmente abierto, bastante fresco y donde puedes disfrutar de una refrescante brisa nocturna, puedes comer al aire libre y sin la preocupación de que si no hay luz vas a tener calor por la ausencia de los aires acondicionados.
Después que comimos y demás está decirles que quedamos muy satisfecho con las proporciones de la comida y la atención de las mujeres guerreras que allí laboran y el rico sazón de la persona a cargo de la cocina, nos fuimos a comer el postre en casa de una hermana que inicio con el emprendimiento de vender deliciosos helados, aunque yo estaba bastante llena, quise llevar a mis niños a que comieran en compañía de su papa.
Mi hija estaba contenta con su helado sabor a fresa y Drácula y mi esposo degusto una barquilla de Drácula con brauwni, estos helados son muy cremosos y al entrar al paladar se vuelven algo adictivos, yo de verdad estaba muy llena sino me hubiese comido una.
El poder compartir con la familia y degustar parte de las delicias de nuestro municipio no tienes precio, en todo lo que consumimos la noche de hoy gastamos un aproximado de 40$, pero sin duda alguna fue una excelente inversión.

TASTING A SUPER FAMILY PATACON
Hello my dear @Hivefood community, today I want to share with you a family dinner we had tonight at one of the most frequented places in our small community, the popular Gloria.
It seems unbelievable, but sometimes we let ourselves get wrapped up in routine and busyness and we put aside our time to share quality family time, which are so important and necessary to grow in a healthy way and maintain harmony at home. At the moment we were there we remembered that we had not been out of the house for some months, to be more precise since the family day (May 15th) when we met with my parents, sister and nephews in that same place to taste a super patacón zuliano.
Today although we were not celebrating anything in particular, my husband and I took the initiative to go out to eat in a different space from our house and where the atmosphere was nice and my daughter has become a fan of this place, since at first I just wanted to eat in a different part and try other food delicacies, but she focused on her patacón, in fact there the menu can vary from burgers, hot dogs, submarines, arepas and patacón of various sizes.
We as good eaters were inclined to eat a rich family size patacon, divided into 12 portions, to be distributed among 5 people, my husband, my two children, my princess and myself and this was accompanied by a cold Pepsi.
The super patacon was filled with shredded beef, grilled meat, smoked sausage, cheese, boiled egg, cabbage, mayonnaise, tomato sauce and green plantain which is the central base of this delicious food.
What I particularly like about eating here is that the place is located in a completely open space, quite cool and where you can enjoy a refreshing night breeze, you can eat outdoors and without the worry that if there is no light you will be hot due to the absence of air conditioners.
After we ate, and I must tell you that we were very satisfied with the proportions of the food and the attention of the warrior women who work there and the rich seasoning of the person in charge of the kitchen, we went to eat dessert at the house of a sister who started with the enterprise of selling delicious ice cream, although I was quite full, I wanted to take my children to eat in the company of their dad.
My daughter was happy with her strawberry and Dracula flavored ice cream and my husband tasted a Dracula with brauwni, these ice creams are very creamy and upon entering the palate become somewhat addictive, I really was very full but I would have eaten one.
Being able to share with the family and taste some of the delicacies of our town is priceless, in all that we consumed tonight we spent approximately $40, but it was certainly an excellent investment.
