As you all know by now, Sausage is my favourite breakfast. Tried the flower sausage special today. Here's how to do it:
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Onions
- Butter
- Schezwan Sauce
- Chilli Sauce
Instructions:
- First, cut the sausages into small cubes.
- Then cut the top portion into an X shape, just a bit and not whole.
- Now heat oil in a Pan.
- Add the sausages and fry.
- Add a bit of butter to it and keep stirring.
- You will find that the sausages begin to open up a bit.
- Now add onions and fry.
- Add bit of Schezwan Sauce and mix.
- Now add red chilli sauce (if you want it spicy).
- Cook for 5 minutes.
