In my thousands motivational blogs I've said that success is not instant and whatever is instant is not success. Our scientists are the best examples as they took lots of time to invent legendary invention that made them famous and legend in history.

Most of the time instant success is temporary. And no one of us want temporary success, we all need to have success permanently. So we shouldn’t celebrate or overwhelmed for our temporary success. We can take time, work hard or work with patience and then we can achieve success. We can die but our contribution and hardwork for success won't.

Many years ago, I found a news in a magazine and there a Nobel Prize winner was died and he died just before the announcement of his being a Nobel Prize winner. Its really sad that he couldn’t celebrate his success or achievement but his success was not instant or something he achieved over a night. He spent his all life to achieve the success for his invention, he was a scientist and I can't recall his name because its a news of long time ago.

So real success takes a lots of time and we don't have time to celebrate it because we need to work on it. Over night success bring temporary happiness and you couldn’t be satisfied until you work hard for something and get the thing as success. A leader or a success business man get reward and their success is a team work that may help them achieve success earlier than ever. Here team can celebrate the success. For individuals it takes a lot of time and patience, sometimes the whole lifetime for achieving success.

Success can't be instant and we can find lots of example around us. A mother's success is giving birth child, A child takes 9 months to grow up in her womb and when come to this earth in a natural way, the mother tolerate the labor pain and fight against the death, after such struggle she achieve success and her success is her child or children. This was just an example. She had pain so she was able gain. Success is something like that.

So Let's be more practical and stop expecting success over a night. We surely don't want temporary success so we have to work on it till the rest of our life, that’s all I believe, deep in my heart.
