Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well!
I am not feeling good today. I am awaken of my temperature. I feel cold and hot. I also feel itchy throat.
Yesterday, my brother went to Tacloban to buy medicines with his girlfriend. I requested from him to buy Kiat-Kiat. He arrives at home late at night. I didn't noticed that he arrives already. Because, I sleep early to rest myself.
Then, I was awaken of the noise. My nephew is still playing and been eating Kiat-Kiat. It's the favorite fruit of my nephew. 😀
I get up for a moment and eat some Kiat-Kiat as my nephew is eating. My temperature is already cold and hot.
Since, my nephew likes to eat Kiat-Kiat, his mother peel some for easy eating of my nephew. Good thing it is seedless.
As early as 2am, I wake up to gargle warm water with salt. Have coffee and eat bread then take medicine. I also eat Kiat-Kiat at this early. Because, I can feel an itchy throat.
Right now, I am back in bed. So far, my temperature subsides. But, I feel headache and bitter taste. Maybe, it is now the effect of the flu. I feel pain in my body.
By the way, before I sleep last night I make toob! I heated vinegar with ginger and onion. I forgot the garlic. 😀 When the vinegar already heated, I cover myself with blanket while the heated vinegar I made is inside. I inhale the smell of it until no more smoke. 😀
So far, it helps me a little and I feel relieve of my clogged nose.
Praying I will be okay and my family members who don't feel good, too! 🙏🙏🙏
