Hello beautiful foodies! Pansit Canton is a noodle made from wheat flour and favourite filipino food that is often served during special occasions to signifies long life.

There are varieties of noodles we used to prepare pansit, this are canton which is made from wheat flour, bihon is made from rice flour/stick, sotanghon is made from mung beans.

This delicious pansit recipe is a combination of vegetables and meat in a stir fry style, that gives you a hearty meal. I considered it as one of my comfort foods as well.

I cooked pansit canton yesterday for our dinner. I was not able to take photos with the process because I forgot to do so. I just remembered when I am about to finish.

Pansit is also a recipe we adapted from Chinese, and became a traditional local cuisine of Filipinos.
