I remember thinking it would take years to get the common rewards cards to max level if we weren't able to buy any on the market, but I guess I'm beginning to prove that wrong. This is actually the second common max level one I've got. The other being The Swamp Spitter.
But then I realized there was this one
This is an example of a good problem to have. Extra cards. It's kind of a bummer to keep getting copies of a card that's already at max level, but again... that's a good problem to have, I guess. It's hard to complain bout getting cards. Someday, I'm sure I'll be able to do something with them.
Those are just AI-generated images based on the Swamp Spitter image. Funny story... I wasn't able to make one of Coastal Sentry because it was flagged for being a shirtless photo. Repeated attempts to do that could get me banned. Whoopsidaisies!
Anyway, that's the story. I play in Champion and have bought extra energy in an attempt to get more cards. So in a way, I did kind of buy some of the cards. That's why I'm hoping that the DEC cost to eventually unlock them isn't something outrageous, but I suppose it's not sensible to worry about something like that right now. If I can still play with them completely SoulBound, I may just do that. We'll see. Again, there's not much sense in worrying about it now. I just like thinking/typing out loud.
Yup, there's the Imperial Knight card as well, a Life Unit card. I just saw that I had enough to max that one too. So they're starting to add up! That's exciting. I think it's still a competitive edge against some to have these cards maxed out.
Now this is just weird. This is another AI-generated image based on the art of the Imperial Knight card. It looks nothing like it, but I suppose I can see how it's inspired by it. Just odd, though. Odd but interesting.
