Looking back of the years there has been several times I should of done something but was to afraid to take the plunge but missed the opportunity.

I have been told to drink green tea for ages but with all the good I have heard about green tea there also has to be some bad with it. Nothing is all good. Everything in moderation I say.

Hi Notorious562, thanks for your comment. Try hanging leg raises 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps, Side bends 3 sets of 15 to 20, Cable wood chops 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps and Standing Barbell Russian Twist 3 sets
