This is pretty simple, and special thanks to @clixmoney for this tip (but in regards to DTube).
I just adapted it. This is for the iPad Pro, but should work the same in the mobile phone version.

If you have friends who still haven’t transitioned to the new decentralised server, please share this link with them.

The Settings

Click where the red dot is.

You’ll see a page like this:

Click on where the red dot is.

A pull down menu will appear like this:

You want to change the server to anyx.io

(Just tap it!)

And that’s it!

The screen should go back to how it was before, but now your posts will end up on the Hive network.
You no longer have to worry about centralisation or censorship! YAY!
