1: black rice (300 g); 2: yogurt (100 g); 3: milk (100 g); 4: white sugar (60 g);
5: low-gluten flour (80 g); 6: yeast (5 g); 7: white sesame (0.3 g); 8: vegetable oil (1.5 g).
1: Clean the black rice and soak for 10-12 hours;
